Hello,
My name is Dr. Jeff Aberle. I’ve been treating people with a large variety of health problems since the mid 1990s and have been fortunate enough to find the solutions to all my health problems during this time. I finally stumbled into a solution for acne that has helped a great many people during their teenage years and even people into their 30’s and 40’s that have struggled with acne or blemishes of many kinds.
Back in the 80’s, during my high school years, I dealt with the uncomfortable feeling that people were always looking at my pimples and greasy looking skin instead of me. It affected my confidence level and played a role in my social status in school. Can you believe that? Not only did I have pimples on my face, but I had them on my back as well and occasionally even on my buttocks. All this was extremely embarrassing especially in gym class for the typical showers we had to take.
I saw others had acne and I wasn’t the very worst. There was another guy in our school that had it worse than me and in some odd way that helped a little. I felt sorry for that guy as well. I’m sure you have similar stories. But with all the other junk you have to deal with in high school, acne is something you can do something about. The problem is that very few people know how.
The number of creams and potions available for people to try is insane. In addition they don’t really treat the underlying problem. Do you know what it is? I sure didn’t when I was in high school.
In fact it took me 25 years AFTER high school to find the solution.
After I graduated my hormones settled down some so acne wasn’t as big of a deal but even for years after that I’d get big zits here and there and my skin was always greasy. People told me this was good because my skin would look better as I aged. But I still didn’t want to have all that oil on my skin.
Anyway, I hope you find this information extremely interesting. You will never hear drug companies or your doctor talk about acne in such a unique way because the products used are not patentable and they're inexpensive. With such a low profit margin there is no interest in talking about acne in this holistic way.
I hope you enjoy.
Sincerely,
Jeff Aberle, D.C.
Advanced BioStructural Correction™
Advanced BioStructural Correction™ is a wonderful technique developed by Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz to untwist the human frame. The most basic piece to helping someone is to fix the things their bodies cannot self correct.
With regards to our structure it's so simple. We all have bones that can go out of place in directions our bodies cannot self correct because there is no muscle or group of muscles that can pull the bone back into place. When bones go out of place in directions our bodies cannot self correct, they're stuck there and our frame has to twist to compensate and therefore use muscles to start holding us up. This is why most people say their pain is muscular. But at the same time the twists that develop to compensate also affect the joints which can cause degeneration and pain in your joints.
I strongly urge you to learn about this technique and what it can do for you. I use this as my primary treatment and my patients love the results which I'm capturing on video more and more. But don't worry...if you don't want to be videod and especially if you don't want to be on the web (with or without your face being seen) that's fine. The video shows you how much things change so it's very valuable. I always ask permission and get signed releases before posting stuff on the web and I don't use names unless it's a testimonial and the person says it's ok to use their name.
I look forward to telling you more...Please spend some time on this website. None of this is faked even though it looks too good to be true.

Bone out of Place - This is a video that offers you simple insight into what goes wrong in the human frame. We have bones that can go out of place in directions our bodies cannot self correct because there isn't a muscle or group of muscles that can pull the bone back into place. This is the fundamental problem. |

Winding/Unwinding - This video shows the result of many bones out of place that the body cannot self correct. You'll see how we get twisted and distorted in our entire skeleton. |
Posture & Breathing Overview Videos - This page shows the type of results people get with Advanced BioStructural Correction™. It will knock your socks off so much so that you won't believe it's true. My sincere thanks to Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz for figuring out how to correct the human frame. His work has helped so many, including me, regain their health and bring needed pain relief to thousands.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Aberle, D.C.

| Before Treatment When she relaxes her body she folds forward. Just look where all the wrinkles are in her shirt. When she came into the office she looked more upright because she was using her muscles to hold herself up. But that scenerio causes pain and isn't how our bodies are supposed to be. |
After Treatment Look at the different. Remember she is letting her body go here. She's totally relaxing and not using muscles to hold herself upright. Look how the wrinkles "magically" dissapeared in her shirt. |

| Before Treatment Again when she relaxes she folds forward. Look at the wrinkles in her shirt. I realize this looks like it's faked, but this is actually how she stood when she relaxed. Instructions were to Breath In, Breath Out and let your body relax. |
After Treatment Look at the difference. Remember she is letting her body go here. She's totally relaxing and not using muscles to hold herself upright. This is the power of ABC™. |
Graston Technique
Aberle Chiropractic Clinic has been providing the Graston Technique® to our patients for over six years. This remarkable procedure allows us to detect and treat areas of “scar tissue” or adhesions in muscles, tendons and ligaments that can lead to pain and dysfunction.
In the healing process our body attempts to repair muscles, tendons and ligaments with “scar tissue”, much like the scar that forms on the skin when you have scraped or banged your knee. As you can imagine, that scar tissue is not as strong and flexible as normal, healthy, undamaged tissue. Over time we can have a build up of this fibrous scar tissue, particularly in the muscles, tendons and ligaments that get a lot of use. This can lead to pain and dysfunction because this replacement tissue lacks the strength and flexibility of healthy tissue (in some areas it may even mat down and entrap a nerve).
The Graston Technique® allows us to better detect and treat these areas because it uses a stainless steel instrument that glides along a patient’s muscle, tendons or ligaments and acts like a “scar tissue” stethoscope. When knots or bands of scar tissue are encountered, both the doctor and the patient sense a restriction or a granular feeling. The instrument can then be used to “break up” this restriction or adhesion. Stretching exercises are then used to promote re-alignment of the fibers so that they behave more like normal, healthy tissue.

Active Release Technique

The Active Release Technique® (ART) is a technique that treats problems that occur with, muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tension, movement and function of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements. |
