Discussing hard to treat problems naturally...

Treating Headaches Consistently and Predictably is now quite simple to do. It's taken me years to learn how but now I know how.

Headaches come from either a mechanical problem in your skeletal structure OR a nutritional problem causing contraction of your upper neck muscles OR both. By addressing both problems it is quite simple to get rid of even chronic headache pain and migraines.

In the video below I discuss several of the deep muscles in the upper neck that are often responsible for headaches. These headaches are of a cervicogenic origin. This means they are related to the neck. These muscles can contract due to postural problems and meningeal adhesion's which I'm not going to cover because it's a complicated topic. I have plenty of information on the website that covers this in more detail. If you're interested you can watch these two videos:

After watching these two videos you'll have more detail as to what goes wrong in the human body that the body cannot self correct.

When it comes to nutrition, or the lack of, there are several things that you can be lacking that cause the muscles in the upper neck to contract. You can get massage after massage or adjustment after adjustment and these muscles will continue to tighten up on their own because the underlying nutritional cause is being missed. I'm not talking about taking another vitamin or useless pill either. I'm sure you've tried many nutritional products just to be disappointed with little relief.

I have great success in treating people with headaches and migraines. Even of the long standing variety. Occasionally, I'll find some really messed up people that are on ten or more drugs to treat their pain and even these people can be helped, but it's a process.

If you suffer with headaches, please call our office and speak with me directly. I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
