Discussing hard to treat problems naturally...
Tags >> Amylase Enzyme

I tried for years to get my ITB's (outer thigh muscles) to be lose and relaxed. Couldn't do it. No matter what I tried with intense, painful massages, Active Release Technique, even the deepest Graston Technique treatments I could never get my iliotibial bands and underlying quadriceps muscles to fully relax. In fact they felt like leather to some degree. They didn't hurt, but I knew they were causing irritation in my knees and hips and overall causing a lot of problems.

It wasn't until I found out that the tightness in those areas is due to a certain nutritional deficiency, specifically a lack of the enzyme Amylase, that I found what I was looking for. If you're reading this blog and you want looser IT Bands then I'm about to save you years of suffering and money trying to fix it. When I tell runners that I have something in a bottle that will loosen up their ITB's, they usually don't believe me, but after one large bottle of a very specific product they want more. Because one bottle is enough that they can tell a difference in the muscles of the lateral thigh (ITB and vastus lateralus or quad). After two large bottles they're in disbelief that it's this simple. An by three bottles they're happy they met me and learned about enzymes.

Athletes usually come to me because of the Active Release Technique work that I do which relaxes muscles through a unique type of "massage" in a sense. It's very different and very effective, but I do reach a plateau with how relaxed I can get the muscles in the outer thigh. I tell them about the product on their first or second visit and that they'll have to see me less if they simply start taking this stuff. Many insist on the hands on treatment however. Not that this is bad. It's just incomplete.

If you have read my bio, you know I am an electrical and computer engineer as well as a chiropractor. I relish in knowing how things work and what process is going to accomplish my goals the fastest and for the lowest cost. For this problem of ITB syndrome, the enzymes along with muscle work in the beginning are the absolute best thing that money can buy. It just doesn't get any easier then this.

Make an appointment and I'll show you what I mean. Within a month or two, you will have soft lateral thigh muscles that can deliver ballistic type motions for you on a moments notice. If running is your thing, then you absolutely want this product and Active Release Technique.
